Brazil Legend Ronaldinho unleashes furious Statement as he explains why he wont watch Copa America and Brazil.

In a surprising and brutally honest declaration, football legend Ronaldinho declared he would not be watching any of Brazil's Copa America matches.

Brazil had only won two of their previous eight games as they were beaten to a 1-1 tie by the United States of America in their penultimate warm-up match before the summer tournament begins later this month. Brazil has received a lot of negative press in the past 12 months due to its losses against Uruguay, Colombia, and fierce rival Argentina.

In light of this, Ronaldinho has made an extremely surprising announcement on Instagram in which he explains why he would not be watching any of Brazil's matches in the next months. Ronaldinho wrote, "That's it folks, I've had enough."

It's a depressing time for fans of Brazilian soccer. Finding the motivation to watch the games is becoming more difficult. Possibly one of the poorest teams in recent memory, it consists mostly of ordinary players and without any credible leaders.

"I've watched football since I was a child, long before I considered myself a player, and I've never witnessed anything nearly as horrible as this. Absence of passion for the shirt, insufficient perseverance, and above all: football. Again, this has been one of the worst performances I have ever witnessed. What a shame. Thus, I hereby tender my resignation. I refuse to watch or participate in any CONMEBOL Copa AmericaTM games."

Gabriel Magalhaes and Gabriel Martinelli, both of Arsenal, are included in Dorival Junior's Copa America roster; the latter played the last seven minutes of the dull tie with the United States. Because of Rodrygo, Vinicius Jr., and Raphinha's impressive performance, there have been many calls for Martinelli to start later this month.

Gabriel was chosen above Lucas Beraldo and Marquinhos of Paris Saint-Germain, despite the fact that the Gunners defender is still recovering from an arm injury. In response to Ronaldinho's statements, Martinelli and Gabriel will attempt to disprove the legend of Brazil when they play Costa Rica on Tuesday, June 25 in the competition.
