The Rams' recent form includes a four-game winning streak in March, which followed three consecutive defeats at the start of Eustace's tenure. Despite a dip in results since then, the team remains outside the relegation zone, and a win against Hull would significantly bolster their survival hopes.

Their last meeting ended in a draw, with Xavier Simons giving Hull the lead at Pride Park in October, only for Dajaune Brown to equalize for Derby.
