Roma have won three of their last four games (D1) against Monza in Serie A; the Giallorossi could become the first team that the Brianza side have faced five times in the tournament without ever winning.

Roma have won only two of their last 14 matches (D4 L8) against Lombard teams in Serie A, both against Monza last March in a 4-1 victory at the U-Power Stadium and in October 2023, 1-0 at the Olimpico.
