Chelsea's final comeback led to them being crowned Conference League winners.
Enzo Fernandes, Nicolas Jackson, Jadon Sancho, and Moises Caicedo score goals to help Chelsea defeat Real Betis 4-1 in the UEFA Conference League final in Wroclaw; The Blues became the first squad to win all three of Europe's major trophies.

With a decisive 4-1 victory over Real Betis in Wroclaw, Chelsea's return to win the Conference League trophy was orchestrated by Enzo Maresca's tactical and personnel adjustments.
Isco, who started the first half, provided a no-look pass to set up Abde Ezzalzouli, who then scored the first goal inside nine minutes after the Blues had struggled for forty-five minutes and were rightfully behind at the half.
The first of Blues manager Maresca's substitutions at halftime was the struggling Malo Gusto. The captain took the lead following the head coach's tactical adjustments from the first whistle of the second half, and Reece James' replacement was greatly required.
With the forced substitution of Betis left-back Ricardo Rodriguez at halftime due to injury, Cole Palmer assumed a more liberated role from the start and led the Blues to victory with a player-of-the-match performance.
After 65 minutes, Enzo Fernandez couldn't resist a tempting dipping cross from the half-space, and his glanced header tied the score for Chelsea. Less than five minutes later, Palmer curled in another center from the byline, and Nicolas Jackson used his upper arm to turn Adrian away.
With the roles now inverted, Chelsea maintained their dominance and intensity throughout, showcasing their head coach's efforts as two substitutes combined to win the game in the closing minutes.
Jadon Sancho cut in on his right foot and bent an unstoppable attempt into the far corner after Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall collected a ball, drove forward, and passed wide.
The Blues were not in the mood to let Betis off the hook, even if they already knew they had the trophy.
Chelsea became the first team to win all three of Europe's major continental championships after Moises Caicedo added a fourth goal from the edge of the box in injury time. They were also the first foreign team to deny a Spanish team in a European final since 2001.
Maresca: I thought we might not get off to a good start.
"We had the wrong approach to the game in the first half. After Nottingham Forest, the joy was a touch too much for two days, so I kind of expected it.
"You wait and wait throughout the season. Although we had some difficulty with it, the second half was far better.
"The takeaway from Forest was that we needed to win a final right away if we wanted to be a significant team.
"That was the message, yet there are also feelings of joy and exhaustion. They played for nothing on Friday, while we played for a large target on Sunday. They were given an additional 48 hours.
"I expected it a little bit, but in the second half we were much better and we were attacking in behind, which we didn't do before half-time."
"Chelsea can reach new heights with game-changing Palmer."
Palmer's arms were among the first places Maresca went after starting a full-time job.
The two hugged in front of the ecstatic Chelsea supporters who had seen a person in blue totally change the course of the Conference League final.
Maresca was ready to sing his playmaking machine in Palmer because he knew it.
Palmer grabbed his opportunity by deftly navigating into sections of the field where the space was free as Real Betis began to fatigue and fall deeper.
His two balls into the box were brilliantly executed by Nicolas Jackson and Enzo Fernandez.
Palmer has a greater influence on football games on larger stages. He is the epitome of a game-changer and has the potential to elevate Chelsea and England to unprecedented heights in the coming years.
