Tammy Abraham was made available for transfer by Roma this summer, and the club is expecting to receive offers for him. A return to the Premier League seems inevitable.

Roma listed Tammy Abraham for sale, indicating that a Premier League comeback was imminent.

The 26-year-old joined Roma after leaving Chelsea in 2021, but things haven't been going well for him lately.

With 17 goals in Serie A and 27 goals overall, the England international enjoyed a fantastic debut season while playing for Roma, who won the UEFA Conference League under Jose Mourinho.

Abraham's output decreased significantly the next season, scoring just nine goals in 54 games. This season, an ACL injury has kept Abraham limited to just 10 games, with just one goal to show for his efforts.

Roma finished sixth in Serie A after Mourinho was fired midway through the season and club legend Daniele De Rossi took charge. The team plans to make changes over the summer to improve on that result in the upcoming season.

According to Football Italia and Sky Sport Italia, Abraham will be let go by Roma this summer, meaning he will be available for purchase.

Despite the striker's injury issues, the Italian team paid £34 million for him in 2021 and will be trying to receive somewhere close to that amount for him during the transfer season.

With 11 caps for England under his belt, Abraham's contract runs until 2026, so Roma is not forced to accept a low-ball offer. However, as they prepare for a rebuild under De Rossi, they do want Abraham's high salary to be removed from their books.

Earlier this month, De Rossi stated, "I will do everything I can to make this team better," in reference to his summertime preparations. To enhance the team, the president, the sporting director, and the coach get together annually. The best team this year, Inter, will follow suit and strive for even greater improvement.

"There are also budgets and restrictions to adhere to." We haven't had a detailed conversation yet. Although I'm not sure what we can achieve just yet, we will take action to elevate Roma to a higher league.

We are not inferior to sixth place. Roma needs to aim for a top-4 finish. Not that it's simple to do so. Additionally, since there are three teams that are actually above us, take the two of you to the team of your choosing. Bologna, Inter, Milan, Juventus, and Atalanta have all excelled this season. Below us are Lazio, Napoli, Fiorentina, and numerous other formidable teams.

Yet to place in the top 4, we must put in effort. Roma have been doing this for a long time, so we must repeat it. It's not unfeasible. It relies on your style of play, your ability to assemble teams, your consistency, and your style of play.
