Zwolle and FC Twente

These results have only intensified the pressure on the team, with fans growing increasingly frustrated at their inability to capitalize on winnable fixtures. Another worrying trend is their dismal away record—Twente have not won on the road since late November, enduring a run of four defeats and three draws in their last seven away matches. If they are to reignite their push for the top four, they must find a way to reverse this trend quickly.  

Historically, Twente have had the upper hand in this fixture, going unbeaten in their last five meetings with Zwolle. However, given their current struggles and Zwolle’s improving home form, this match could prove more challenging than the recent head-to-head record suggests. For Zwolle, the priority will be avoiding defeat and inching closer to safety, while Twente must go all out for victory to keep their European dreams alive.
