It has been announced that THIAGO SILVA will be playing for Fluminese.
Days after Chelsea confirmed the 39-year-old's departure, Fluminense announced the signing of Thiago Silva on a free transfer.
Silva, 39, used the hashtag "The monster is back" to reveal himself as a Fluminense player on social media.
Silva will join the team early and go following the season's last game, according to Chelsea.
"Thiago has agreed to join up early with his new teammates after signing a two-year contract with the Brazilian club," according to a statement from Chelsea.
