Kai Havertz once more helps Arsenal put on a great display.
Kai Havertz received a ton of praise from Mikel Arteta for his performance in Saturday's 3-0 Premier League victory over Bournemouth.
In the 45th minute of the match at Emirates Stadium, Havertz won the penalty that Bukayo Saka converted to put the Gunners ahead 1-0.
In the meantime, WhoScored's statistics show that he had an all-around performance that included four aerial duels won, four tackles, and a 70% pass completion percentage.
Havertz arrived from Chelsea during the summer transfer window and has made 49 appearances for Arsenal this season, tallying 13 goals and six assists.
When questioned about the German after the match against Bournemouth, Arteta was ecstatic about his performance in the capital of England.
"To be honest, he was amazing today. He displayed intelligence in everything he did, including timing, movements, ball handling, press coverage, play linking, and game knowledge. During his press conference after the game, the head coach of Arsenal stated, "He was unbelievable today."
Additionally, Arteta declared that his team's performance in the first half of the 2023–24 season versus Bournemouth was the best 45 minutes of the whole campaign.
"We had arguably the best first half of the season to begin the game. "I think we were amazing; we created so many opportunities and could have easily scored three, four, or five goals. We were really aggressive off the ball and extremely composed when we had it," he continued.
