Nico Williams, left-wing, 6/10- Even watching Williams perform was exhilarating. Germany was less of a direct threat today, but it was still scampering.

RB: Joshua Kimmich - 7/10 - Before taking a more cautious stance, Kimmich let Williams run into space early on. more helpful in the attacking third, particularly when it came to setting up Wirtz's equalizer.

Antonio Rudiger, cb: 5/10 An oddly inconsistent and unpleasant performance from the typically terrifying Rudiger.

CB: Jonathan Tah - 5/10 - Moves slowly and reacts to danger a little too slowly. taken off for reinforcements in the attack later in the day.

LB: David Raum - 4/10 - Shortly after Spain took the lead, Nagelsmann tenderly urged him to step aside after giving him nightmares by Yamal.

CM: Emre Can - 4/10 - Added vigor and pace to the midfield, but Spain was able to slip by him with ease. By replacing Can after just forty-five minutes, Nagelsmann made up for his mistake.

CM: 5/10 for Toni Kroos forced into retirement following the conclusion of Germany's competition. managed to avoid penalty at first for a number of fouls, including one that hurt Pedri two minutes into the match. lacked his customary hold on a game.

Leroy Sane, RW: 4/10 was taken out of the game at halftime as well, having had little success in it.

AM: 5/10 Ilkay Gundogan This tournament, Germany's captain was hooked again when they brought on another striker in an attempt to score goals.

LW: 5/10 for Jamal Musiala did a good job at times carrying the ball, but that was about all he did.
